1.1nProtect, by inca internet, is a 3rd party side program that is used to stop cheating in online games, IT EVEN CAN CATCH SPEED HAX!!! It can be very helpful, but lets compare to medicine ok? medicine helps you to get rid of a sickness or stuff, but it has side effects, so does gameguard!

Im not really sure, but one thing i know is that it looks for windows and malicious codes, for example if it even sees actool.exe running in the background it will immediatly end the program =). The other thing i found out is it also closes everything if it finds another program targeting the game.

Thats it, I wasnt going to tell you anything bad, im not really a "haxor" as i think that haxorz is fun, but it ruins it for other ppl so i dun do it =P

You really haven't provided much more information than could already be found on their site... I know that doing research is good, but couldn't you investigate a bit more into the workings of Gameguard?
