Need two new accounts at GBWC

Hi all,

I need 2 new accounts at gbwc but i cant reg an account at gbwc because it says I have to play on GOA bla bla
But I dont want to play there.

So pls can someone reg 2 accounts at GBWC and send me all infos about the accounts per PM?

Or can someone tell me how I can reg an account at GBWC.
