Can't log in?

Hey guys when I try to log in on the website I input the correct username ID and password but when I click log-in it just takes me right back to the log-in screen.... I don't even know how to launch the game because I downloaded it but everytime I double-click the client or w/e it just takes me to the website -___- does anyone know how to fix either of my problems?

Cuz ur using FireFox TRy another WebBroser Like internetExplorer That Happend To Me once
