Just wonder if theres ever been any lawsuits filled against people for gold hacking or anything, or do they just ban people?

@Ziy- Nice to see some one is thinking about such things; Though heres your answer. NO you can NOT be sued due to editting, modding game play. in the EULA (the giant script of words before the "Accept/Next" button when installing games/programs/software states that they cannot sue you though they are allowed to IP Ban or remove your Server Info from their List of Acceptence. So No worries my man, no one is gonna get sued.

@AmazingHacker- ( <<<apperentally not living up to his name) A simply IP Changer can usually do the trick depending on bannishment. First bannishment for accounts on games are usually hardcore bans which you cant get around, though if a simple IP bannishment then yea you can get around that.

Bannishments on gamming accounts are set through their MAIN HOST; he/she makes the decisions and puts in the bannishment from their site/program, it has nothing to do with you. because that person OWNS YOUR ACC and he/she can do what ever they want to it.

Simply dont ever get caught =]

Hacking a game isnt considered a federal offence. The case in court would not stand up, and nothing would come of it.
