How to make CTs

So I have a question, and it's relatively simple. How do I make CT files, specifically for Gunbound. I don't want to feel like a leecher when I go and get the updated CT files so I was wondering if anybody could give me a guide or teach me how to make the CT files. I don't mean how to use them because I know that.
