Hacking Gunbound with windows vista

I am finally able to tick the boxes for the cts.
I am using Pichuengine on windowsxp servicepack2 and on administrator
When I click for a process i choose the 2nd Gunbound.gme
but when i do I get a

What should I do? Can any one please help me
