Read HERE if you have Gameguard Error 1014

If anybody has Gameguard Error 1014 do NOT post in the forums asking what it is, try and think for a moment and figure it out yourself. If, after trying everything and you can't figure it out, then search the forums for your answer. If you still can't find what you're looking for then certainly, post up your question - unless you see someone else has already posted up the same question.

However, for you guys that don't do this - Gameguard Error 1014 means, in simple, that Rev 633 server emulation is now patched (unless of course you have a certain gunbound.gme by mooblar and dash, which will, I guarantee be leaked out here very soon).

But instead of having no hacks at all without rev 633, why don't you go ahead and use Rev's after it. Some public Rev's are already out, including Rev 695, 705 and I think 713.

Uploaded in this pack are the following Gameguard Rev's:

-Rev 444
-Rev 484
-Rev 514
-Rev 633
-Rev 675
-Rev 695

To change Rev's, all you have to do is replace the gameguard files in the htdocs folder of either Abyss Webserver or Apache Webserver. Have fun.

for rev444, you have an extra file...

NPSCAN.DES

it doesnt exist in the actual release of rev444... it also doesnt exist in any other rev's i have

how did it get there? what is it? why is it there? im not an expert but it looks a bit dodgy to me that there is an extra file with one of your packs. im sure a mod will check this over soon anyway.

I find it amazing that you've never seen NPSCAN.des. Btw just a little note; the only working rev's that I have included I think are rev 675 and 695 - the rest are NOT working unless put in use with Dash's/Mooblar's gunbound.gme.

Also, it's not dodgy, it's a real file. If you think I'm trying to virus you then don't download it, I didn't ask you to. If this is what I get for actually helping someone, then don't expect me to do it again. I'm a little annoyed today so you're going to have to live with me being in a crappy mood too.

it works 100 percent...in GWC....but i tried in GPS i got error

Ah, the problem is that these Rev's are for GB:WC. I never thought that it mattered between GPS and GBWC, but from the looks of it you need different rev's - the ones for GPS. Sorry I didn't make that clear in the first place.

in summary... i was only stating what i know, which is that i have a pack for rev444 that i used previously, which doesnt have that file. i just found is slightly odd. and i even admitted i was no expert... i dont pretend to be one.

i checked up on it and it is a gameguard file, just not one that effects which rev you have or something.

anyway i was only trying to help... i didnt say it was a virus and i didnt say you put it there. so relax.

The word 'dodgy' relates to something strange, out of place or illegal. Illegal meaning breaking rules, breaking rules as in posting a virus.

Also, for 'what you said for what it is' - you edited that in after my post, so I don't understand what you're talking about.

Also as I said, I'm not in the greatest mood right now.

Any Idea of where we can get dash/mooblar's gme? I know it was posted on MPC, but after sucrose had a fight with mooblar, they took it off...
