need help with Gznbot plz?

Can somebody help me
when i try to open GznBot
this thing pop up

you have to disable antivirus
not just click ignore or whatever
DISABLE or pause your antivirus
thank me if worked

A)You wouldnt need instructions
B)None of those problems would occur.
