gameguard error: 350

gameguard error: 380
Failed to connect to the GameGaurd update Server. Try connecting again in a while, or check the network connection

It's not that it happens once then i restart gb and it happens again, it doesnt stop no matter how many times i try, i restart my computer, no good. i unplug my modem and connect it again, no good. any help would be great.. when gamegaurd is loading it just says 'Resolving'
