Problem sEXPRO 0.9

Hello, my name is Tim. I tried to use the sEXPRO 0.9c thing, i followed the tut but some errors occured such as "Process Watch failed" and also I cannot tick any hacks. I know some of you guys also have this problem so i was hoping someone could tell me how to fix it and pm me or post here so that everyone can know. By the way im running this on Vista, is that any part of the problem?

Note: please tell me any steps i miss.
Steps:
1.opened revolution 8.3 (it says " No KiAttach Process found") [failed starting the process watcher]
2.loaded CT GBNA may 16
3.press playlive
4.wait for auto attach
4.(alternate) process watch (double click) second gunbound game.
5.try to tick hacks (wont tick)
6.in game it says game hack detected, i get d/c
