Stupid Problem!

I got into the servers but.... when I go make a character it freezes.

My problem With my Igunz is when i come inside the room and play theres a disconnect signed on all players.Sometimes when Team play when im watching my team he/she has a disconnect sign to but i already restarted my PC and it doesnt work.
Is these my Internet connection or a Bug plz help me out.

Does this happen in NA-GunZ too? If no, means the problems lies either with IGunZ or your settings in IGunZ.
