Selling a Lvl 16. ( Yes low lvl but read on )
It previously had a lvl 52, And you could go back on the account history to recover it by e-mailing ijji. Here are list of prems and screenshots:

I was referring to this. Are you saying that you could recover the level 52 by e-mailing ijji? If this is possible, why not do it yourself?
