ijji conversation on my Gunz text prob's , blaming my video card

hey guys , i posted here about a week ago a post about my problem with the game Gunz
i have a blurry text when im playing ...
i went to ijji support for help , I'll Quote...
My Question (since i asked that for like the third/forth time .. >< )

i SENT YOU my DxDiag file and you havent gave me a respawn about it

i told u that running as administator dident worked / dident took any effect ,
i send u my DxDiag file about my computer and you havent told me if something is wrong with it or not ,
will you PLEASE give me a SUITABLE response that is not running it as an administator ?

My deepest apologies for the 3 previous messages sent to you in regards to your font issue within GunZ while running on Windows Vista. After some research we've determined the problem to be linked with your video card combined with Windows Vista. Although its a top of the line card, there are still complications with the Windows Vista driver. Unfortunately the problem will persist until a new driver is put out for the card that resolves these issues with Windows Vista.

WTF ?! they just said that !!! " Although its a top of the line card"
well if its the top of the line then what do i have a f*cking problem with their lame poor online game ?!?!
btw my video card is Geforce 8800 GTS 640 MB , and so i should have NOT having any problems
and besides... iv'e just checked if there are any updates for the card , and there isnet ...
why should anyone will update this card for this lame online game anyways?

anyway.... does anyone here any solution for this freaking problem? its seriously pissing me off , i havent kept playing for a week allready because i have that problem ..

there are no any updates that i can do to my Video card , iv'e just checked it out
and besides i have a 640MB memory video card , not a 320 ...
are you guys sure that u can blame my video card on that ?
cuz it dident had this problem when i had windows XP
isent there any other solution insted of blaming Windows Vista and blaming my video card ?
seriously , cant u release like some special patch for people like me who have windows Vista and has one of the best video card ?

No one is blaming anyone here friend. Cnet is a well respected website for information regarding technology. Although you may have more memory on your card, its still the same model of card. This is a known issue for many players across many games with your card and Windows Vista. There's nothing we can physically do on our end to resolve this issue for you. It is solely Nvidia's responsibility to release a newer driver for Vista users and until its released the issue will persist. I'm terribly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this issue has caused you and I'll definitely be on the lookout for the driver in the future and post it on the tech forums if I come across it.

It seems like Vista is the problem. And just because your video card is "top-of-the-line" doesn't mean it cannot have problems. And if the game is "lame" why do you want it fixed so badly? But, really, it seems to me that it's your own fault for downgrading to vista.

But what you could try to do, is set the res to something lower. I usualy get blurredish text when I have it at a higher res.
It's worth a shot if you havn't tryed it.

What is your current video settings when you play?

around 1280 on 900 i think
im not using the highest resolution when i play , like the one that my screen can take
my screen can have a resolution of 1600 x 1280 is the highest...
tried to mess with resolution and brighness stuff and noting helped

Man Ijji reponses get lamer by the minute.

actually ijji is right with there response its not a problem with the game or with the card.

The problem lies with the drivers that the company put out with the card, the directx portion of the driver to be exact.

As was said before you can try lowering your ingame screen res to something lower(all tho it probably wont help) your only other option is to wait for an updated display driver.
