kicking glitch?

well i don't think its a glitch , i was in a room today and some one started a vote, and it was something like this "who_thinks_lacy_is_fat" and it really dident do anything, does any one know how to do that?

type /vote kick then anything you want but u cant use spaces so use _

Dont u usually select a number of the person u wanna kick after typing in /kick!!!
I dont usually kick ppl.......

This is the glitched kick method - you can kick any name you want (see above).

Glitched meaning even if you type the exact name of the person you want kicked, nothing will come of it.
