You can run on different "Windows" on the same network ;p - just not on the same computer.

use mircoosft vitule computer and partion harddisk and u cna do it

You don't need to partition anything to use VPC. But your graphics can't wont be virtualised correctly, and GameGuard will fail too. You can't do this.

2 Gunz on a machine will lag first of all. But then its not possible =]

Seems like the question has been answered. It's impossible to run two instances of the same Gunz on one computer.
