to make a debug server for just me to play where i get admin privledges and the orange name and stuff if someone can reply to this message or pm me a way that would be greatly appriciated

It's called a private server, and there a hundreds of tutorials for you to follow.
There's a guide in the very section which you should have noticed before posting!
