IJJI Gunz Boss?

hey everybody, a friend of me
always fights a boss in quest.. with Page13 or something?
I Bought it 5 times and 5 times no boss..
Any body here know how to do it then > THanks ;)

The biggest guy drops the Large Skulls. (Or mini superion) It has a 20% chance of dropping it. No headshots don't increase the chances, although some ppl think so
