MY ACCOUNT GOT BANNED!!! can u help with ".rar" files?

lol my account just got banned due to 3rd party programs or some shit. i belive that means HACKING!!!..lol but can n e one help me with .rar files. when i download them i cant use them 4 some reason. is there something you have to do or what? pleaze help me.

What does being BANNED have anything to do with opening .rar files, which btw the least u could do is google it if u had no idea what it is or so.........
