mouse rebinder?

can someone tell me how to use it? i want to do the massive trick but cant figure it out.

1. Open Gunz.
2. Press "options" button.
3. Keyboard
4. Select Mele (1 & L)
5. Select Weapon 1 (2 & Whell Down)
6. Type in Mouse Re-binder "Whell Down: L"
7. Use Whell Down in game
