It's server sided.
You can avoid kicks, whispers with certain names too.

If you don't like where you're playing, leave.

Afaik, nix, it actually is. It requires packet editing (I recommend WPE). To stop WPE, a poor encryption scheme was added, but, (If you're lazy) you could use the decrypt-packet function from Veldi and a DLL to capture elements needed in decryption (i.e.: Stage UID is one of them).
