lol!!!all time when i extract here the hack prorgem,it will have winrar;Diagnostic messages and no archives foundwhy like that???can i some one teach me??

That tells us absolutely nothing.... what does your error message say? Where are you trying to extract it to? Try and speak in proper english if you are requesting help too while your at it...

i am trying to mod midnight club 2 but it says this C:\program files\midnight club 2\assets_p.dat: cannot create C:\program files\rockstar games\midnight club 2\assets_p.dat.
please help me!

yes it means the file is corrupt or has a password on it

It sounds like you're trying to open a file that WinRAR doesn't support; needless to say, there's a reason why I use [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
