Problem HELP with the REACTOR...

ok, i hv problem in my REACTOR that it somtimes write Check your internet connection. And somtimes the REACTOR opens and when i perss Game Start the game could'nt be opened i hv more than 1 year not play it and when i wanna play it this prblem appear. PLEASE HELP i wanna playing this game.....

i do everything Re-install the game and the REACTOR i dont play with hackers
