Question Question about trading/selling.

Ok, I wanted to start trading/sellings ijji accounts someday.

But I have a question; Let's admit i have an account to sell, I make a price (ex. 5 USD) and the payment proccessor will be Paypal.

So first of all, I'll have to talk to the guy that wants to buy the account, right?
After i did that, How do i exactly make the trade "secure"? I mean, If i give the account to him first, He could just go away and wont send me any payament, Yet, if he pays me first, I might do the same as well, So in either way it wouldn't be secure.

So is there any way to make a secure trading?

I never did anything like that before, So any tutorial/Suggestions/etc. will be appreciated :D.

Use a middleman, a thread explains it somewhere... but Ill sum it up for you:

Apparently there are some guys that help out with trades like this and such, where they take both of the infos/accounts/whatever and hold onto it and make sure everythings pro and shit for the trade to go smoothly, then they give the info to the people and they're on their way..

That was a crappy way of explaining it, but meh...

I would help out, but I doubt anybody would trust me since I'm not very well known :P
But yeah.. Middlemen still can't be trusted much... I heard some middleman scammed 2 guys level like 130-138 runescape accounts O.o... and there is a fee I'm pretty sure.

Hmm.. Middleman is still a human person, Just like the trader and the buyer, he could just scam both of us.

Any other suggestion? maybe paypal offers some kind of system, etc. for those trades? =D Also i'd like a few suggestions from ppl that already successfull sold/traded accounts too :D Since im new to this.
