Until we find a hack that hooks onto the administrator functions and makes us administrator grade so we can permanently ban a person like them, then your out of luck on that aspect.

Either way, you can't ban people yourself and I suggest you get the hell off of this website if you want to ban hackers... we just don't take that here.
