If you're a gladiator, tbf is better. If you're fighting someone who uses guns more frequently, then dbf is more useful. It depends on your situation.
If you know how to tbf, you know how to dbf. If you can tbf, then you should use both tbf and dbf in your battles. If you can only dbf, but not tbf, then you wouldn't know.
