Gunz agent error

couldnt find any post like this one, so can anybody help me with this:
i install everithing right of gunz but when im gonna play everyone has agent error and 999 ping.
So im kinnda playing in my own :( its borring :( pliz is there any fix?

umm i might know something , cuz my friend has the same problem , i think , im not sure , some1 correct me if im wrong , that is has something to do with ur connection and/or ip address , thats what happened with my friend once so i dunno
