Help 999 Ping Problem

I've been playing Gunz for a while, it worked back then before the big patch hapened, but i started playing again. Now when i play a game with four players or more everyone freezes and im the only one moving.....but everyones still getting kills and stuff

Firstly enusre you have every program closed that might be accessing the internet. Even go as far to check what processes you are running and close any that are not mission critical. Then open up GunZ, log on to a server and go into options (then, I think it is video) and click optimise.

I've also been having similar issues depending on the time of day, really it depends who is connecting to GunZ at what time. Hopefully the latest update will have resolved many of these issues. Also to cut down lag (high ping) try using weapons such as shotguns and pistols, the use of automatic weapons tend to increase your ping.

What Kopilo said. Also the 999 ping is (i think) a bug cause some people shows up like that 4 me but i reinstall gunz and it stoped. Or maybe the firewall is the promblem

If you hold tab long enough, it seems with the newer version that the 999 pings change into something less suspicious, such as 345.
