Release How To Remove Virus's!!!!!

hey guys ima give u a tut on how to re-move virus from your computer with out a anti-virus system and no downloads reqierd alright lets get started

1. go to (start>control panel> System> and in the tabs go to system restore.

2. make sure the check box is unticked.

3.now apply changes and close it.

4.go to (Start> All programs> accessories> system tools> system restore.

5. you should notice that there will be a calender with the current date set on your computer.

6.if u reamber wean u got the Virus set it a few days from the virus date

7.press ok and your computer will reststart.

8.When your computer starts up you will be clean from virus =)
