GG Is Already Running Error

Sometimes I get GG is already running on your computer Blablabla.... Is there anyway to fix it w/o rebooting?

Nah, you don't have to reboot.

I'm assuming you have Windows XP --

Press Ctrl Alt Delete to get to the task manager. Click the Processes tab and find guard.exe (im pretty sure thats what its called) and just say End Process. It'll fix that error

Same will apply to Vista, but I recommend right-clicking the task bar and selecting "Task Manager" since Vista's CTRL+ALT+DEL leads to a different window.

well about ur porblem, well from my expreinces no, thre is no other way(that i on of atleast) to fix taht error, mostly because task manager cant find the process,well my task manager sure as hell cant find he process.

but thre is normaly one way that i no of that works for me, and well on the bottom right of the desktop should be where it says the time, are the little process icons that tell u wat process are running, and well 90% of the time gamegaurds icon should be there, so its a simple as jsut right clikng it and presss close.
