Why would you need a C++ compiler if the source was written for masm32?
Also, that source has a bit missing.
My reccomendation: Pay sombody to make you one (Buy hacktastic for example).

1) Get a C compiler
2) Get addresses
3) Apply addresses to source code
4) Use trigonometry to calculate direction vectors
5) Compile

1) Leech OWS' aimbot source
2) Take forever to find out that you can compile it with masm32
