I cant believe no one has said proxies, obviously not many people know about these. xD All I have seen is change your IP address.

Most public proxies are for specific protocols, not custom (a.k.a matchserver ip bans)
If you want such a thing, you'd need to set it up for that exact protocol, so you'd need another box with a seperate I.P in the first place
