You don't know how to use WinRAR...
Well lets see here. Double click on your file and it will open WinRAR. Then hit "Extract to" and choose where you want to extract it. Hit OK. Done...

k i download the lawnmower and flipmower so i use the the same way as i would inject morphite lite.dll?

Yes...There is also A Tutorial in every folder, and an injecting Tutorial in the Injec-TOR folder...and therez no way u just only downloaded the flipmower (Morphine v9) alone
