if the installer is still updating then you diddnt replace the original gunz installer with the custom one... try goiong through all the steps again and be sure you diddnt/dont miss one

It says about a mising dynamic library when I open the launcher directly from The Gunz folder

you shouldnt open the launcher from the gunz folder you should push play live on the ijji webite and then that will open the launcher
