Your Dumb. FPS Is Files Per Second. It can be also First person shooter, but hes saying it increases your FPS Rate. So why dont YOU get YOUR Facts right.

this manually sets it tho unlike control panel it has to stick with windows no matter what this program makes it optimize your speed to gunz

He means FPS as in Frames Per Second, not First Person Shooter. Get YOUR facts right.
