After talking with him via IRC, I was unable to get it working on my end. However, I can safely say that nothing malicious has happened to my computer. I was able to safely browse the internet just fine. There were no "100 notepads" popping up. My computer ran fine.

Yeah exactly. the dude could of fooled the moderator. To not make that .dll do all the stuff to his/her computer. :\

I don't see how that would be selective. I did download through GzP and tried various methods on getting it to work. He did state it could work on either Vista or XP.

lol if its not gonna run on XP or Vista, wat is it gonna run on? Windows 95? i didnt even bother try this dll.

EDIT: Same results as Sv3nt3k. hack doesn't work but internet still works fine and there's no 500 notepads opening up.
