Fixed Dagger/Sword System

Well I found a couple more bugs that loup forgot about. This is munroe's system but its edited.

Loup's version had:
hp + ap meds, heal full.
quest godmode.
no 9999 damage dagger.
world items heal full.
no chat filter.

He forgot about the chat filter. Sometimes the hp ap bullets dont heal full (usually in tdm?). And most importantly, its an incomplete quest godmode.

My version fixed loup's errors. I disabled ranged attacks from monsters, no skills, and no knockback (bugged). Hp ap and bullets heal full all the time. And you can actually cuss with this version.

Edit: Oh yeah, monster skills stay in mid air when they use them. (VirusZer0's idea)

The edit seems nice, but I hope you got his permission to make changes and release it.

Also i dont think it will bother Munroe if somebody just fixed his version and gave FULL credit

well i gave credit and i dont think he minds me fixing some of his errors 0.o
