This only works under certain conditions. it all depends on ISP, connection type, presence of router etc...
it's kinda of a trial, you may be able to use, or you may not.
i prefer keeping my router conf page open, hit disconnect and connect and in 10 seconds tadaaa new IP.
but anyways my isp assigns dynamic IP's so each time you connect the odds are that you get a new one. (it happened '''once''' that after connecting i got the same IP hehe)
