rezzmar's + hackercoolio's system

if you notice both their system are almost the same but
rezzmar's one has:
No lens flare (Blinding sun light)
All unimportant quest monsters are now Pampoa's (little [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] monsters)
All boss item dropping quest monsters are now santa hat wearing goblins
Old /112 or /report function works again, so you can report players ingame.
New function: "/Friend add [charname]" will now add a char to your friend list. So you can add people ingame!
New function: "/Friend remove [charname]" will now delete a char from your friend list. So you can remove people ingame!

and hackercoolio's has:
semi quest god mode thing

so i took both their system apart(hope they don't mind =O)
and kind of combined them so it has all the functions above and those similar ones
