Look at what is red, bolded, underlined, italic. You clearly stated "Steps BEFORE downloading".

Then you stated the steps, which are "scan the file on various virus scanners" (which you can't do already unless you have the file on your computer already) and "use the file at your own risk" (which you can't do unless you have the file).

You just showed how dumb you really are trying to flame me about being dumb.
