how you get rid of viruse

once you ru nteh launcher the longer its in the more fiels will get infected it wil linfecte exploer.exe then it will infect every.exe untill u uninfect explorer.exe i have over 50 .exe infected it sucks we should get this guy ip banend this is what i tryed so far no wored if it worked yet still scannnig

Try removing the registry entry first,
Click Start > Run > type regedit and click OK.
Click the + next to the following keys
HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Software
Microsoft
Windows
Current Version
Scroll down and click on the Explorer folder (not the + sign)
In the right hand window locate PINF. Right click on this entry and click delete. Collapse the registry tree, close regedit and reboot. Run a full scan
