OK, so I decided to just release this anyway. It has automatic screen resolution detection, custom delays, and works with crosshairs 2 and 4.
1) Download the zip.
2) Extract it to your documents folder, your desktop, or somewhere where you don't mind having a useless dll file sitting around.
3) Run Shotbot.exe.
4) Click OK (two times)
5) Choose a delay if you wish to (10 milliseconds is the default)
6) When you are done, right click the icon (the ijji one) in the system tray (lower right of your screen)
7) You can also change the delay by right-clicking the icon and selecting Change Delay.

This does require the.NET framework 3.5. Get it from Microsoft if you don't have Vista or haven't gotten it yet.
