max lvl for spell?

So far I got lvl 3 of heal and it doesn't go up anymore... Is it max?

Meanwhile poison goes up to 8+ lvl. Anyone got other spells and what lvl are they at?

Heal max at 3, lesser poison max at 10, ultimate poison max at 3.

Can you guys fix ultimate poison chance to miss? At lvl 1 chance to miss is 45%, and -1 per lvl. So at lvl 3 the chance of missing is 42%... which is not much difference at all... Either make it more obvious changes or don't at all? Just seem weird...
