mmk im new to the rpg and i killed the theif and i didnt start the quest at fallow grove by talking to dunbar the elder and i got rid of the book that the theif drops and i cant finish the quest cuz the theif wont come back... please help :/

Well, then you forfeit the quest, it's not that big of a deal. I did the same thing.

but im confused im lvl 10 and i cant go any were new do anything new no new monsters nothing D:
