You don't need to hack to complete it.

And no -- it doesn't exist anymore. Only the sky hack where you automatically shoot to the top of the map until you dis activate it and it wont auto ban you.

I'm pretty sure you could also pay a person (from a Zakum guild) to do it. Just transfer your items.

Rarely, you still see hackers. I saw a hacker in Henesys a few months back that was flying all around the Market.
