ok can i please have a good idea of how to do this. I got the whole file and everything. I downloaded a sapphire loader (makes loader) from another site. How do i open the debbo v3.5.exe into a map so it will work??? (i do have winrar)

Debbo makes the loader.
upload the loader.html to your site.
start debbo and you sever will run.

If you have an router you need Hamachi!.
