[HELP] Creating Private Server on Windows VISTA!

I did everything right untill it said run time error '399' MSWINSCK.OCX file not registed. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

go goggle and search for the file and put it in system32

Go in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] then type (Download MSWINSCK.OCX) then place it in your system32 folder (C:/Windows/system32/) then open your cmd (Start/ in search bar type "cmd" then right click it and click run as administrator) when in cmd type (Regsvr32 MSWINSCK.OCX) Then you should be good to go
