Problem [help] Habbo Retro Server Port Forwarding Problem [help]

Hey Plz Help...
Ok I have my habbo server (debbo v3.5) thats all working fine.
i have my website witha working loader [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] (test Site)
Ok.. i can get onto my retro fine.. everything works GREAT...
but i have done the port forwarding.. Through the firewall and through my router. like i have made the ports open on my d-link site but.. wen my friend tries to log on it doesnt let him.
and wen i go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and type 1232 (port retro server is on) it says cannot find.. so its like its not working at all for him. can anyone help me out plz....

1. Load up your server
2. Click User System
3. On Max Online, type 50
4. Close server then open it back up

There, completed! Also, well done for port forwarding, it can get hard at some points.

If you would like to get a better domain go on [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and you will be able to get a website like: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

yeah i will do that later thanx but i still gotta have freewebs all tk does is change the domain url.. u cant make a website on tk.. u ave to make it somewhere else then just change the domain name

this is not working.
still says cannot connect . ore what ever.
