Debbo Problem- PLEASE HELP!

Someone please help me there is a problem that i can't fix on Debbo. (the problem is on v3.5 AND v4 Beta) Whenever i try to open Debbo it always says:

"Run-time error '339':

Component 'mswinsck.ocx' or one of its
dependencies not correctly registered: a
file is missing or invalid"

So if anyone knows how to fix this please tell me! (if u need to know, I use Windows Vista. I just thought MAYBE that might have something to do with it.)

Help!

For the debbo, if theres a Anti Lag program there, run it and it will install the mswinsck.ocx file. Then run Debbo as administrator. I use vista too but den i using Hablux ~ Beta. Well good luck.

Ok so I finally got Debbo to run BUT NOW there is something else that i have no idea how to get working......... Ok so when you go on Debbo, after it tells you the terms of agreement or whatever, It has the form for the name and the rest for the stuff. I dont know which part was wrong but this is what i put:

Hotel Name: Porky

Hotel Port: 1232 (this is where I THINK i got it wrong because i just left it as the thing they gave me cuz i have no idea what that is

)

Hotel Language: English

Starting Credits: 700

Max. Accounts per IP: 10

Max. Users Online: 100

IP check on? YES

Bobba Filter Enabled? NO

Full Catalogue For Everyone? YES

Also can some1 plz tell me what the Hotel Port is? I think that
might be the reason why i keep on seeing this after i choose to
create my hotel:

"Run-time error '76':

Path not Found."

HELP! (Again!)

Debbo Welcome Wizard Doesnt make loaders even if it says its making.
Try other loader makers. My vista laptop port 90

Lol , they just beginners :D anyway maybe they could use BloodLine Splaze loader . Working DCRs and catalouge workings .
