Suggestion [Help] Tutorial on how to make a WORKING retro? [Help]

I think we need to start over on how to make a working Habbo Retro Server. The debbo 3.5 is now unable to make servers load due to the fact that Sulake or Habbo Hotel disabled it.. Isnt that true? If not, then could someone post a TOTALLY clear tutorial? *Btw* Ive tried making a server with Debbo 3.5 and I do everything correctly but my loader just comes with the shockwave progress bar, then when its all the way done, it just stops there. Other forums say that Debbo 3.5 doesnt work anymore. Could someone post a Debbo v4 Tutorial? Its going to be hard :P But i'd thank and rep for it, sorry if thats not enough ; )

Its Because ur loader is broken u need to find a diff loader its nothing to do with the server
