How 2 add commands in DoTa maps

it's complicated..

coz a Dota map can't be edited in world editor.. how can we put a solution in that and where 2 look 4 adding commands like -ma (space) (space) 4 gold

or other commands.. plese answer this coz i'm a slight noob..
